# Change Request Policy ## Purpose This policy defines how enhancements, modifications, and new requirements are managed after platform delivery. --- ## Definition A Change Request is any request that modifies, extends, or introduces functionality beyond the originally agreed scope. --- ## Examples of Change Requests Examples include: - New pages - New dashboards - New workflows - New reports - New integrations - New payment functionality - New operational modules - New user roles --- ## Non-Change Requests Examples include: - Typographical corrections - Minor content updates - Image replacements - Configuration adjustments These may be covered under support agreements. --- ## Review Process Each Change Request may be reviewed for: - Technical impact - Operational impact - Security implications - Cost implications - Timeline implications --- ## Approval Process No Change Request work shall begin until: - Requirements are understood - Scope is agreed - Commercial terms are approved --- ## Documentation Approved Change Requests should be documented and tracked separately from the original project scope.
