# Commercial Engagement Framework ## Purpose The Commercial Engagement Framework establishes the principles governing commercial relationships between JLT-Lane Blueprint Studio and its clients. The objective is to create transparent expectations regarding project delivery, training, support, enhancements, and ongoing operational services. --- ## Engagement Models JLT-Lane Blueprint Studio may engage with clients under one or more of the following models: ### Fixed Scope Project A defined set of deliverables is agreed upon before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope may require separate quotations. --- ### Platform Implementation JLT-Lane provisions and configures a Blueprint Factory platform for the client. The client receives operational access to the deployed platform. --- ### Strategic Partnership JLT-Lane and the client may enter into long-term partnerships involving: - Revenue sharing - Joint initiatives - Platform co-development - Strategic advisory services Such arrangements require separate written agreements. --- ### Maintenance Agreement Clients may subscribe to ongoing maintenance and support services. Maintenance agreements are governed separately from implementation agreements. --- ## Commercial Phases Projects may be delivered in phases: ### Phase 1 Platform Delivery ### Phase 2 Operational Configuration ### Phase 3 Training and Handover ### Phase 4 Maintenance and Support ### Phase 5 Enhancements and Expansion --- ## Payment Principles Unless otherwise agreed: - Work begins after commercial approval. - Third-party costs are the responsibility of the client. - Additional features may require separate quotations. - Training and support may be billed separately. --- ## Good Faith Collaboration JLT-Lane Blueprint Studio seeks to build long-term professional relationships through transparency, fairness, and mutual respect.
