# Platform Licensing Framework ## Purpose The Platform Licensing Framework establishes the rights, responsibilities, and boundaries associated with platforms delivered through JLT-Lane Blueprint Studio. The objective is to ensure that clients can confidently operate their business platforms while preserving the intellectual property, reusable assets, and architectural frameworks developed by JLT-Lane Blueprint Studio. --- ## Client Ownership Clients retain ownership of: * Business name and branding * Domain registrations * Business content * Images, videos, and documents supplied by the client * Customer records and operational data * Payment processor accounts * Email accounts and communications * Business workflows unique to the organization --- ## JLT-Lane Ownership JLT-Lane Blueprint Studio retains ownership of: * Blueprint Factory architecture * Platform manifests * Reusable software components * Internal libraries * Platform templates * Automation frameworks * Deployment pipelines * Operational governance models * Engineering Mesh assets * Source code repositories --- ## Platform License Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deployed platform for business operations. The license includes: * Use of the deployed platform * Approved operational capabilities * Access to authorized administrative functions * Operational training and support as agreed The license does not include: * Source code ownership * Redistribution rights * Platform resale rights * Blueprint redistribution rights * Internal framework access * Deployment pipeline access --- ## Intellectual Property All intellectual property developed by JLT-Lane Blueprint Studio remains the property of JLT-Lane unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Implementation services do not transfer ownership of underlying platform frameworks or reusable assets. --- ## Future Enhancements Additional capabilities, integrations, workflows, and operational modules may require separate agreements and licensing arrangements. --- ## Governance Principle Clients operate the platform. JLT-Lane governs, evolves, and maintains the platform framework.
